Project based HR solutions

For some clients they want support for a particular situation or project. 

I can offer this support on an hourly, or day rate basis.

Retained clients solutions


Alternatively, for the peace of mind of having HR support there at all times I offer retained client arrangements.  

This support is costed based on the headcount of your employees and the level of support you require.

Within retained agreements the following will be offered:

  • Unlimited telephone/email contact for employment law and best practice advice.

  • Full audit of employment policies and practices.

  • Employment contract templates (for each type of employee/worker).

  • Producing essential HR policies (e.g. Sickness Absence policy, Disciplinary and Grievance procedures, Family leave policies, Flexible working policy.

  • Producing an Employee Handbook – the document that outlines your culture, expectations and crucial in communicating to employees.

  • Developing policies, procedures and HR administration. 

  • Recruitment support, from devising the application form, example questions and selection tasks.

  • On site presence at your premises, providing support with any HR related activity, when needed.

  • Regular client review meetings.

  • Representation at employee meetings if necessary, i.e. disciplinary / grievance / poor performance / sickness.
